As a mother of four, I have experienced many frustrations about cleaning.  I had a full time job and felt the same way many of us feel....stressed from coming home from work and feeling like I had to clean my home to keep it looking good for unexpected guests.  Or I would clean before I went to work and come home to see my home completely messy due to my kids & their friends.  I thought there must be a better way!  So I turned in my resignation at my bookkeeping job and started cleaning homes.  This was back in 1993.  It only took me a few months and my whole daytime schedule was booked.  I hired someone to help me clean at that point.  It only took a few more months and I had to hire another and another.  The ladies that clean for me are trained by me, so they are extremely detailed.  I hire only the best ladies that work extremely hard and really care about their professional image.  I also screen my employees.  I will only hire ladies that pass a background check and drug screen. We do random drug testing just to make sure all is well.
